Regulations: The winner must throw the enemy back on the carpet, not boosting nor turning or push him from the battlefield. Throws are allowed. The fight is not limited, but usually the struggle goes on for 5-10 minutes. The fight begins with a dance-workout.
Kokh has a long history – at least more than one and a half thousand years. It was mentioned in the ancient Persian manuscripts. The Persians met with Kokh, passing through Armenia. Kokh was also mentioned in the Middle Ages by the French explorer Henri Chardin. In ancient times, Kokh fights took place mainly during the different celebrations and weddings.
