Delivery times
Within 48 hours of placing your order, you will receive a final order confirmation. This confirmation includes the estimated dispatch date, influenced by factors such as stock availability, supplier delivery times, and pre-sale periods (see product page). If all items are in stock, your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of payment clearance. Otherwise, you will be informed of any delays.
We typically use PostNL/DHL Parcel for European and PostNL worldwide shipments but might choose couriers for larger overseas orders as we see fit. Express couriers are available and can be selected at checkout while placing an order. Delivery times vary by location but for PostNL/DHL are typically:
- Within the Netherlands: 1-3 working days
- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2-5 working days
- Rest of Europe: 5-10 working days
- Worldwide: Up to 21 days, pending customs clearance for PostNL, if courier is choose at checkout delivery can be even overnight.
Unforeseen delays
If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe plus an additional 5 working days, please check the tracking first. Contact us to check the status if online tracking is unavailable or note updated for a longer period.
Shipping fees
We calculate the following standard shipping fees:
- Within the Netherlands (our location) by PostNL: €5.99 flat rate with tracking. Free shipping on orders over €250.
- Within Europe by PostNL/DHL: €16.99 flat rate. Free shipping on orders over €450.
- Germany: As per German recycling packaging law a €1.19 fee (incl mwst.) is added to any order to cover recycling fees. Our LUCID-id: DE3233653330271
- Rest of the World by PostNL: €19.99 flat rate with tracking. Free shipping on orders over €650.
We also offer express courier shipments (arrives in 2-4 days) by FedEx or UPS at a flat rate of €49 to most destination worldwide.
NumisCollect reserves the right to combine orders ready at the same time into one shipment for orders with free shipping without notice. If double shipping costs are paid, they will be refunded. We also reserve the right to choose the delivery courier based on the client’s destination. Any additional shipping costs will be covered by NumisCollect and not charged to the client.
