Searching for a product
You can easily find items using the search engine on the right. Type in your keyword, and all relevant results will be displayed. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, try synonyms or browsing through our categories by country. If you still can’t find the product, contact us; as distributors for many mints, we can often source specific coins. Please note, we specialize in modern exclusive world coins from recent years.
Currency conversion
Currency conversion is for reference only. All transactions are finalized in Euros (EUR), with rates updated hourly from the European Central Bank.
Placing an order at NumisCollect
After selecting your desired product, choose the quantity and add it to your shopping basket. Continue shopping or proceed to checkout by following the steps displayed: enter your contact information, select shipping and payment methods, review your order, and complete the purchase. You will receive an automatic confirmation email, which is preliminary and not final. A final confirmation will follow within two working days as we manually verify all orders. If you do not receive this, please contact us by replying to your order confirmation email.
Orders are confirmed for 14 days, and payment must be received within this period to guarantee delivery. You will receive a payment reminder after 7-10 days, and after 14 days, orders are no longer automatically confirmed. Late payments may result in cancellation of an order and a refund. All items are limited editions and subject to metal price fluctuations and we reserve the right to cancel or update orders if our suppliers do so as per market conditions.
Who is responsible for taxation (sales tax / VAT)?
Within the European Union, NumisCollect pays VAT on all orders. The amount varies per country and is registered and paid for in each country. A VAT invoice can be requested up to 4 weeks after order delivery if required. For orders shipped outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for all import duties and taxes. This also applies to orders to Great Britain over £135 (175 EUR), where the buyer covers import duties and taxes. We only accept orders over these amounts.
Cancelling an order at NumisCollect
If you have made an order in error you can login to your account and cancel it. If you order was already sent out you can always sent it back. See return policy for returns first. Orders are cancelled automatically if not paid within a designated period of time.
