To check your points balance, go to Your Account – Points.
- Membership is free, and points are automatically collected in your account.
- Sign up and receive 1,000 points for free.
- Points are earned on paid and completed orders on our website only. They appear in your account once payment is processed and the order is shipped. If an order is returned, the points will be deducted from your balance. If points were already used on a new order, and your balance becomes negative, we reserve the right to deduct this discount from your refund.
- Earn 5 points per 1 euro spent* (excluding shipping costs), equivalent to a 5% discount.
- Additional points can be earned on specific products or categories through promotions announced via our newsletter and product pages.
- Redeem* 100 points for 1 euro, with a maximum discount of 10% on a new order.
- This provides a standard 5-10% discount for returning customers, plus any ongoing promotions.
- Points never expire unless you close your account.
- Points cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other free items.
- All points are personal and non-transferable.
- We reserve the right to void your balance in case of misuse.
- We reserve the right to change the earning rate without notice.
- Changes to the redemption rate will be communicated via our mailing list and this page one month in advance.
* Earning and redeeming points on gold and platinum coins is excluded. Exceptions apply, generally for small gold coins which do earn points and can be redeemed. Larger gold and platinum coins are generally excluded. If, for technical reasons, the shop does count loyalty points on these, we reserve the right to cancel them.
