Design

The reverse of the coin features a beautiful representation of a Panda colored and gilded, in a Gold armor and in a warrior pose, with his sword and his fighting stick. On the background, a beautiful view in High Relief of the Great Wall of China. On the Panda Paladin’s armor, an engraving of a panda in the same depiction as on the first Panda coin of 1982. The coin has multiple finishes: Black Proof, partially Gilded, with details Polished and a selective coloration. On the reverse, the inscriptions: “PALADIN PANDA” – the name of the coin and “1982-2022” – the years of the Anniversary. On the obverse of the coin, a beautiful design of the Temple of Heaven in relief, the most beautiful imperial complex of religious buildings situated in the southeastern part of central Peking, the capital of China. On the obverse of the coin beside the Temple of Heaven, the Coat of Arms of Palau and the inscriptions: “REPUBLIC OF PALAU” – the issuing country and “$20” – the face value.
