Description

The “Born for Speed” series focuses on the fastest animals on our planet – on land, in water, and in the air. This episode features the sailfish in full motion – gliding powerfully through the waves and ready to hunt. The sailfish is considered one of the fastest fish in the world, with a recorded top speed of 110 km/h (almost 70 miles per hour)

The ultra-high relief creates an impressive sense of depth and gives the sailfish an exceptionally realistic appearance. The concave water surface, polished elements, and intense blue coloration create a fascinating impression of movement and speed.

The 1 oz silver coin minted with smartminting® Ultra High Relief technology is limited to only 999 pieces worldwide and combines modern minting techniques with extraordinary attention to detail.
