Themis is the personification and goddess of divine law, will, and justice.
She was held in high esteem by the Olympians, often sitting by Zeus’ throne
and giving him wise counsel. Inspired by the mythical embodiment of feminine
wisdom, Cameroon has crafted a 2 oz silver coin to pay tribute to her. Through
the high-relief technique, every element on the coin is meticulously illustrated,
from the sword of justice to the scales, both symbolizing law and judgment.
The scales are adorned with gilding, representing the golden truth.
The Themis coin will serve you as the embodiment of fairness, prophecy,
natural and moral order.
