Ancient kings and heroes are likened to lions for their courage, strength, nobility and vigour. Featured on the 2^nd coin of the series, the bold African lion strides in the midst of his natural habitat. Engraved in the mammal’s body, we explore the continent’s most renowned and highest peak – Mount Kilimanjaro.
