Description

The “Empire Nephrite” was an Easter gift from the Tsar Nicholas II of Russia to his mother Maria Feodorovna. This priceless masterpiece revealed
a surprise – a medallion with miniature portrait of Olga Alexandrovna, the Empress’ daughter, with her husband. The jeweled egg, for many years considered lost, was made of gold, green nephrite, gold and diamonds.
